  • How long has it been since you got the chance to test a really innovative product for your Android device. While there are over 700.000 apps on the Play Store, few can be categorized as original in terms of both looks and usefulness. Here is one that combines both.

While there are many third party launchers on the Store, some more complicated than others and with as many options as possible, most of us have come to realize sometimes simplicity works best. Without the use of advanced features, productivity and speed have to gain as does the end user. This is the case with Flade by developers team FADED DIVINITY. It is a launcher but not like any you’ve seen before. First of all you will notice its design orientation towards simplicity. Swipe from each side to reveal a list and that is about it. No complicated procedures or going deep into menus.

Flade provides a very clean and well made interface. The app is far from complete and it is presented in its earliest shape. On the background a live wallpaper like presentation will make you feel special. Swipe from the left and you will find the themes option in the form of different colors. Each category can be organised. Get into one and slide from the right to reveal the apps list. Finde the one to pin to a certain category and long press it to reveal the option. You can also pin contacts. The developers are stating they have big plans with Flade. The app will be updated to provide a tracking system for your lost phone. Other features are also to come, with one update per/week frequency.

If you find Flade to your taste support the developers and purchase it from the Store. You won’t regret it.
