Android Powered Accessories SDK Coming From Google Sooner Than Expected!

  • I think it’s clear for almost everyone so far that smartphones and tablets are not enough anymore. We need something to go with them. And that something made its shy appearance with Google (Glass) and it looks like it’s going forward with it. Still we must admit it took a while for the developers to open their eyes.

    So the Android maker has decided to release an SDK (that’s a dev. toolkit for anyone asking) – especially for wearables. And that is going available only two weeks from now. Or so they claim. The reason for the special attention and not to mention the obvious rush are plenty. Starting with the manufacturer’s dissatisfaction for not being supported in this regard and threatening to move to other grounds. And ending with the number of these so called Android Powered Accessories being announced at MWC this year. It’s an obvious move forward nonetheless!
