Angry Birds Epic is the Naming of the Upcoming Rovio Title and it Features Unexpected Genre Elements
As we were eagerly expecting details about the newest Angry Birds release… That is the perfect beginning for an article about a teasing game that Rovio decided to play not to long ago. We were first hit with an official tweet talking about the upcoming “Big adventure…”. Then we even got the video trailer that made the details somewhat clearer.
Angry Birds Epic is the naming Rovio chose for the upcoming title. However though the naming might seem familiar all else is not by any means. The gameplay, characters and even the set have been adjusted as to make room for what the developers decided to bring with this newest release. Coming back to the gameplay it seems Rovio has decided to give this new release the turn-based RPG elements to set it apart all other titles in the series.
It looks like Australia and Canada will dive first into the game as this title is released there as soon as later this week. Then we will be getting it world-wide on Android, iOS and Windows Phone. A great storyline, in-app purchases and all sorts of crafting are also part of the picture. Anxious to own it. Well it won’t be long now will it.
