  • It’s not every day that developers decide to offer their apps for free instead of the usual price. Common practice states that from time to time prices should be reduced by a certain margin. This is one of the few opportunities to get an app that was previously sold for a few bucks completly free. And we’re not talking about any app – but some of the most popular and highly appreciated.

Go Launcher Prime was previously sold for $5.99 – a healthy sum considering. The app is now offered for free which is a very pleasant surprise coming from developer GO Launcher EX that more so has decided to offer all their app for free. Go Launcher is not only one of the most popular custom launchers on the market, but also one of the best compared to the competition. The Prime version comes free of ads and with a lot of extra features. The app has to be installed as an adition to the regular free version Go Launcher. As for the other apps you may download for free you can visit the developer’s page on the Store and take your pick.

Carmageddon was a very popular PC game back in the days when software still came on CDs and 3D graphics were barely evolving through the efforts of companies such as 3DFX. The game was declared a huge hit and became popular very fast, gathering a large number of fans. It is a most uncommon racing game where the main goal is to destroy your oponents and gather points by hitting any obstacles along the way – pedestrians included. The title was priced at $1.99 – now offerd for free on the Store – though may be country restricted.

Last but not least, the popular online radio app – TuneIn Radio Pro can now be purchased for $3.99 instead of the usual $6.99. It is not the first time the developer is offering it on sale and it represents a wise purchase as it’s probably the best in its category and offers about all the features anyone could look for. Get it from the Play Store.
