  • I don’t know if you’ve been keeping up with the Batman Arkham series, but it’s spawned quite a few quality titles on consoles and PC, but not so many on mobile. Somehow
The Dark Knight games were better in that area. Well, today we show you the title Batman Arkham Underworld, that in spite of its name actually has the baddies as the
    protagonists.

The title is free in the Play Store and we played it on the Motorola Moto Z Play. It lets you control the likes of Mr. Freeze, Harley Quinn, The Riddler and even Bane. You start off with a base, that has minions defending it, in case some PvP gamers attack you to steal your resources. Of course you can also attack them. There are also story missions here and you’ll be fighting Carmine Falcone for starters, but I’m pretty sure Batsy will also be up for a struggle.

Once a mission start you control the main villain and also his henchmen. Harley is able to throw around a turret that shoots like crazy around, while The Riddler throws green thunders. It’s as simple as tapping the screen to attack and move characters, in order to get them to the foes, or treasure they need to get. You can also customize your base, evolve your abilities and unlock new henchmen.

Not bad graphics, but the game is a bit on the hard side, especially as you progress. It’s very important to follow a strategy and choose a certain access point into a building, so you won’t be ambushed. In the end it was a blast to play with Batman villains for once and we give this game a 9 out of 10.
