  • Battle Bears Ultimate FPS PvP is, just as the name says a PvP FPS focused on multiplayer. It comes from SkyVu Entertainment, the same guys who became famous lately for their Let it Goat title. This game is available for free and we’re testing it on the LG G3 QHD phone, as shown below.

This is a FPS game, featuring bears and the single player missions included here are pretty annoying, so I suggest you skip straight to PvP. The action is fast paced and I like the electronic music in the background, that also includes dubstep, among other tunes. There’s lots of AI bears for some reason, even in the PvP sessions, ready to annoy you. A funky aspect is the fact that rainbows fly out of the bodies of the bears once they’re killed by your guns.

By the way, you’ll also be controlling a fuzzy creature, who is wielding a rocket launcher, pistol, machine gun, daisy cutter and many other weapons. They’re all upgradable and you also get a melee button and a special weapon button, that may be a stink bomb or a sword to throw at the enemies. Levels are small, but well designed and there’s a strong Unreal Tournament vibe in this game, especially thanks to the jump pads and teleport pads.

Your character wields two weapons and combat is pretty balance, without any player getting unfair advantage. The controls are quite poor, I have to say and the aiming is also a letdown. At least we’ve got some semblance of auto aim included in the mix. Overall, I like the UT resemblance, music and concept behind Battle Bears, so I’ll give it an 8.2 out of 10. I recommend you play it, but only if you can live with the controls. You can download the game here.
