Beautiful Widgets 5.01 Beta Now Available with a Long List of Improvements

While you many not see it LevelUp Studio, the developers behind one of the most popular widgets suite in Android history, are constantly working on adding new features and improving their app. The latest Beta version is now available and worth a try to say the least.

Beautiful Widgets version 5.0 has brought a lot of changes to reflect the direction where the latest versions of the Android OS are headed. The suite now consists in a great feeling and Jelly Bean oriented interface and it has been remade from the ground up to better accommodate all the new features it brought. There are now all new stock widgets and a more polished tutorial along with a themes menu that features the most popular ones on the front page and a lot more faster interface. The latest Beta version greatly improves upon what has become one of the most highly recommended widget suites for Android.

LevelUp Studio only provides the latest Beta version to the closed circle of registered users on their website. To download it you only need to create an account and every new version is provided for free for testing purposes. The .apk is signed with the same key on Play Store so you can update the last .apk from the Play Store and install the future update from the Play Store over this version. At the end of the testing period you will have to download the final version on Play Store or get another more recent test version from their website. • A new forecast screen with Lifestyles information (for Accuweather)
• Geolocation is removable
• Welcome screen is removed for now, first access is “Tutorial” or “Widgets list”
• Add a setting to disable the weather animations
