  • Chrome Beta 35 was released this week for desktop and today we learn that Chrome Beta 35 for Android is also here. A few features to mention here include the Undo Tab Close, that means if you accidentally close a tab, you should be able to restore it.

Improvements for multi window devices are also available, meaning probably those tablets that support apps running side by side, as well as fullscreen video with subtitles and HTML5 controls. Another notable feature is the support for Chromecasting videos. Google is making it much easier now to cast a video from your Android device via Chrome to the TV set.

Keep in mind that YouTube support for casting videos is not available yet. You can download Chrome Beta for Android in the new release here with the mention that some of the features are still “rough around the edges” as Google itself calls them.
