CyanogenMod 12 Bringing Lollipop to CM11 Devices In a Few Weeks; CM 11.0 M12 Available Now

Cyanogen has released a new update for CyanogenMod 11, the M12 one, that brings a lot of bug fixes, including ones having to with malware. In the meantime we also learn more about CyanogenMod 12 and the fact it will bring Lollipop to many devices.
Back to CM 11.0 M12, it comes with a fix that solves the POODLE vulnerability in the SSLv3, that made the ROM open for MitM attacks. This is most likely one of the last, if not the last CM 11 update in the KitKat flavour. CyanogenMod 12 is expected to come with Android 5.0 in a few weeks, at the end of November, or early December. The raw AOSP Lollipop images have been out for 10 days now, for developers to work with.
The devs have promised not to rush the release of CM 12, so they will certainly take their time. There’s a lot of work to do here, with porting the CyanogenMod 11 features to CM 12 and also include Android 5.0 features in the mix. We’ve heard through the grapevine an unexpectedly large number of devices will get this release.
