Dead Trigger 2 Review: Fast Paced Shooter, With New Zombies, Weapons and High end Graphics (Video)

Dead Trigger 2 is one of the most awaited games of the fall, perhaps with more excitement than Plants vs Zombies 2. This FPS has been tested by us on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and you can see it detailed in the video review below.
The title is available for free and it was launched on October 24th by Madfinger Games. This is a benchmarking game, that pushes your GPU to the highest level of stress, trying to achieve the best performance from it. Missions will take you to Africa and USA and you will be saving people, taking down zombies from a helicopter, fighting a huge zombie or covering your mates as a sniper.
The graphics look fantastic and everything is highly detailed. We’ve got dynamic lighting, textures are well done and everything feels natural and less arcade than in the first game. By default, this FPS offers you an auto fire mechanism , but we chose to play with an on screen fire button. Missions are quite short, but fast paced and filled with challenges.
Zombies are varied and they include a radiation ridden scientist, a rager that runs towards you, a kamikaze fat zombie with an exploding barrel and a vomitor that spits poisoned blood towards you. You’ll be wielding a shotgun, pistol, a grenade and even a chicken stuffed with explosives. You can earn cashes and XP after missions and zombies will randomly drop cash and ammo.
There’s not a huge requirement here in app purchases, since you can do a lot of grinding and handle everything OK. The game is quite challenging and offers a lot of side missions to have fun with. Sadly, from what I’ve seen you can’t replay the main story missions. Overall, this game is fun, it’s free and its graphics will really impress you. We give it a 9.3 out of 10 and you can download it from here.
