Google I/O 2014 Starts Today; Here’s What We Expect and the Livestream Video!

Google I/O 2014 starts in about 4 hours and it’s going to amaze many Android fans. It will probably be the conference with the most launches ever, related to fitness, watches, new software and maybe new hardware. In the meantime be sure to check out the video below, since it’s a livestream of the event, activated 4 hours from now.
The event will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and it’s said to preview Android 5.0 Lollypop, with a brand new Quantum Paper design language. Android and Chrome head Sundar Pichai will take the stage and reveal new plans that Google has for Chrome. It’s said that the big G aims at integrated Chrome and Android and that they have plans related to laptops with this new hybrid OS.
We’re also expecting to hear and see more about Android Wear, a few new smartwatches in the mix and perhaps a feature for those gadgets allowing them to read our blood pressure. Sundar Pichai hinted at that saying that people have their pulse and blood pressure taken only once a year, which is absurd. Android TV is also in the works, together with a set top box and we’ve also got Nexus 8/Nexus 9, a slate made by HTC on the list.
Can’t wait to see them all unveiled!
