One of the very top solutions in this regard is offered by Jawbone and is now compatible with the Android OS.

Starting today Android users can download and install the UP by Jawbone app for free from the Google Play Store. The software requires that you pare it with the dedicated wristband to offer tracking of your sleep & physical activity, log your food & drink & track nutritional info, get insights to help you set & achieve your goals and many more. The app helps you set daily goals and tracks your progress over time and it also lets you set helpful alarms and reminders.
