  • There are two basic types of endless runner games, one from a third person perspective and one from a side scrolling view. Marvel Run Jump Smash! fits in the second category and this is a game that I tested on the Evolio X7 tablet, as shown in the video below.

The game is priced at 1 dollar and it requires an Internet connection, which is kind of odd, given the game’s simple nature. This is an endless runner featuring the famous Avenger characters, including the Hulk, Iron Man, Black Widow and Thor. You can use superheroes or just play as Nick Fury for a part of the game, till you come across a special powerup that turns you into one of the above mentioned characters.

The concept is simple: you run, you jump and you fire at things The running is done automatically and there’s a ton of traps and enemies in your way. This is very much like the Mega Man title of the old days, so you’ll feel right at home if you played that before. You can collect coins to unlock new characters, including Spiderman and you can also use special attacks.

Boosts are collectable here as well and the coins can give you special powerups. This is an old school game that feels a bit boring and gets a 6.5 out  of 10 from us. You can download it here.
