BBC Sport has finally decided to include support for Android and their latest official app is now available on the Play Store. Since development took quite a while, it is important that the first release should cover the largest number of Android devices possible. And so it does, at least according to the UK based developers that have covered even the 7-inch tablet category with their release. A drawback is that at least for the moment support for very large screen tablets is restricted.

The BBC Sport app for Android provides access to news in all areas of interest regarding sports. The app relies on good categorization and browsing through the different pages and menus is done with ease. The thematic for the interface hold a familiar tone and tries to keep everything clean and in order. It is a very good option to have. Get it for free from the Play Store.
