Runbot Review (Samsung Galaxy S5): Endless Runner, Endless Boredom, Good Graphics (Video)

  • Runbot is one of the games I’ve tested on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and I was tempted by its good looking graphics, to be honest. This is an endless runner with a robot as the main character and a not so very fast paced gameplay.

The graphics are pretty nice and so are the upgrades available for your robot. You have to swipe in order to jump over obstacles, duck under them or change lanes in one of the 3 directions. The backgrounds are repetitive and the game is not difficult at all. There’s a futuristic city in the background and slow parkour sequences are available all over the place.

There’s another issue here, the timer. You have to pick up batteries or risk exploding. The game is fun in small doses, but you’ll get bored of it pretty fast, believe me. That’s why it gets a 6.5 out of 10 from us and you can download it from here. It doesn’t take more than a dozen or two of MB.
