  • Well, I know that comparing The Tower with Jenga is a bit of a sacrilege, since this is almost nothing like Jenga, but some resemblances are here. The game is available for free in the Play Store and it takes up around 16 MB of space. We tested it on the Chuwi Vi8 and had fun… for a while.

Coming from Ketchapp, the king of casual games, The Tower is all about stacking floors on top of each other in order to create as high a building as possible. As you progress, you’ll learn facts about tall towers all over the world. You have to fit each floor perfectly, otherwise you lose some width and it becomes harder to fit the floor properly on the ones preceding it.

The floors will move to the left or right and you have to tap the screen right when it’s in the proper spot. You can buy new bases of the building with coins received for getting a higher and higher level. Graphics are cute and when it starts raining at the top, thing get really interesting. Upgrades are expensive and you can even reach the space at some point.

The game is very addictive and you’ll keep fooling yourself that you’ll play one more time and that’s it. However, you’ll probably do about 30 sessions till you give up, so yes the game is truly addictive. Once this spell is over, you’ll see the game for its true simplistic nature and give it up. We give it an 8.1 out of 10 and you can get it from here.
