  • No matter the type of device you own, the fact that sometimes the network is so slow that you can’t enjoy a video, be it from YouTube or anywhere else – is an unfortunate thing that has happened to all of us at some time. Fortunately and as we are used to the Google OS and developers offer solutions for just about anything and this  one is a highly elegant one.

After going through a lot of testing in different stages, developer and XDA Developers Senior Member ShoelaceWireless has decided to launch the Beta version of its app on the Play Store. VideoBee – As it is called offers a more than elegant solution to the video streaming matter where the connection is not as fast or stable as one would need. More so, the app also promotes cooperation between devices for optimum video experience.

VideoBee uses both the GSM 3G/4G network connection and Wireless to get optimum transfer rates for video streaming. It is a dream come true for those that want to experience stutter free or any other form of interuption in case of watching video on their mobile devices. And that’s not all. The app also offers the possibility to  combine the bandwidth from two devices in a so called Group Mode in order to deliver optimum transfer rates. The app currently works in case of videos from YouTube, Metacafe, Vimeo, and NBC with more to be added through future updates. Given its Beta form I would say VideoBee is more than promising and capable of delivering according to its purpose. As it is offered for free on the Store there is no reason not to give it a try. You might be surprised of its potential…
